Words of Praise About Cha

WHAT CHA DOES

In the Spring of 2014, Cha's 36-year-old husband was in kidney failure. He was going to need a kidney transplant. When your kidneys fail, so many other body parts degrade as well...diabetes often shows up, circulation issues arise, your body swells, depression looms, it’s impossible to work and contribute to the world around you. Once you start dialysis. You need it to live. If you stop it, you will die within 72 hours. Cha's husband needed a Kidney STAT.

Cha began having conversations with her clients. She became a Kidney Advocate sharing donor packets from the hospital. Before she knew it, she had 12 people step forward and ask if they can be tested to see if they were a match. All of them were from her professional world. Five were clients and were asking how can they donate an organ to her husband that none of them had ever met!!??

The POWER OF CONNECTION

Why would clients do this? Cha believes it was the power of connection. Cha believes when people see each other and allow themselves to be seen, they show up fully and in extraordinary ways!!

Fast forward many tests later, a match was found for Cha's husband. It’s was his best friend. 1 in 100,000 people will be a match for someone who has no blood relation. It’s very rare. Cha's husband got his new kidney on February 13, 2019. His energy is coming back. Clarity of thought is returning. He is feeling stronger every day. Like he’s been given a new life.

WHY you should CARE?

Corporations need to understand that the employees that work for them are human beings. Do you know how many people hate their jobs and also are encountering significant human and or personal hardship outside of work? Cha believes in hope! When people have hope they show up and contribute. Cha believes when corporate leadership is inspired they can build and construct a space where employees are recognized for who they are, they can be seen and believe they matter!

Cha speaks about bringing out the best in people. It is not only possible, but it is also accessible!
